First step in entering Russian industry with a new product or technology is always consuming most of the time and money. Working together we can jointly find the best of your product with the highest market potential, develop the best strategy of its introduction to the market including selection of the best and most reliable potential clients, first negotiations, visit schedules and introduction plan. So together we can save your time and money.
To start our cooperation please send me the following information:
1. The list of products you want to promote with detailed info on the products, industrial sectors, plants you want to cover.
2. Your vision of your product market potential.
In return as the first step I will provide you with:
1. My vision of your product potential on our market.
2. Preliminary business plan of your product introduction including draft of visit schedule, general info on the plants and potential clients.
As the second step (after getting your comments):
1. I will contact by phone the potential clients (or meet them if located in St.Petersburg), will discuss with them possible interest in your products and present you the resume on these discussions.
2. Prepare Russian presentation of your promotion materials.
3. Together with you will develop the strategy for further steps (joint or my own preliminary visits, schedules, marketing activities etc).
After your product implementation if needed I can keep an eye so the project will run well and new orders are coming or assist you in selection the appropriate personnel for your local rep office, arrange further promotion steps like exhibitions, seminars et ali .
Costs of service
My services are paid step by step (after receiving the report).
NO COMMISSION ON YOUR FUTURE SALES!
First step - 150 Euros.
Costs of later steps we estimate together (usually they are based on 100 Euro/day fee plus travel expenses).
All money transfers are accomplished officially through bank account (details upon request).
Of course such things as visa support, hotel or apartment accommodations, transfers, guided tours in Moscow and St. Petersburg are possible through reliable agencies with whom I have a long term contracts.
